  • Payment information: billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: messages you send us via contact forms or email.

  • Usage data: pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and other interaction data via analytics tools.
  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, authentication tokens, and preference cookies. See Section 6 for more detail.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process, review, and publish listing and content submissions.
  • Process payments and send transaction receipts.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site (listed in Section 4), under strict data-processing agreements.
  • Editorial staff or contractors who moderate submissions — only to the extent necessary for review.

Public information: approved bar listing details (business name, address, phone, website, description, and images) are published publicly on the Site. Do not submit information in a listing that you do not wish to be public.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Submission records and payment records are retained for at least 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see Section 7).

  • Essential cookies: required for authentication and site functionality (e.g. Clerk session token). Cannot be disabled without affecting core features.

The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
